3. The fees payable for a commission issued under section 215 of the Act to a person residing outside Québec to administer oaths in the person’s province, territory or country of residence are $65 for a first commission and $44.25 for every renewal of the commission.
If the commission allows for administration of oaths elsewhere than the person’s place of residence, the fees payable are increased by $32.
3. The fees payable for a commission issued under section 215 of the Act to a person residing outside Québec to administer oaths in the person’s province, territory or country of residence are $63 for a first commission and $43 for every renewal of the commission.
If the commission allows for administration of oaths elsewhere than the person’s place of residence, the fees payable are increased by $31.
3. The fees payable for a commission issued under section 215 of the Act to a person residing outside Québec to administer oaths in the person’s province, territory or country of residence are $61 for a first commission and $41.75 for every renewal of the commission.
If the commission allows for administration of oaths elsewhere than the person’s place of residence, the fees payable are increased by $30.
3. The fees payable for a commission issued under section 215 of the Act to a person residing outside Québec to administer oaths in the person’s province, territory or country of residence are $59.50 for a first commission and $40.75 for every renewal of the commission.
If the commission allows for administration of oaths elsewhere than the person’s place of residence, the fees payable are increased by $29.25.
3. The fees payable for a commission issued under section 215 of the Act to a person residing outside Québec to administer oaths in the person’s province, territory or country of residence are $58.75 for a first commission and $40.25 for every renewal of the commission.
If the commission allows for administration of oaths elsewhere than the person’s place of residence, the fees payable are increased by $29.
3. The fees payable for a commission issued under section 215 of the Act to a person residing outside Québec to administer oaths in the person’s province, territory or country of residence are $57.75 for a first commission and $39.50 for every renewal of the commission.
If the commission allows for administration of oaths elsewhere than the person’s place of residence, the fees payable are increased by $28.50.
3. The fees payable for a commission issued under section 215 of the Act to a person residing outside Québec to administer oaths in the person’s province, territory or country of residence are $56.75 for a first commission and $38.75 for every renewal of the commission.
If the commission allows for administration of oaths elsewhere than the person’s place of residence, the fees payable are increased by $28.
3. The fees payable for a commission issued under section 215 of the Act to a person residing outside Québec to administer oaths in the person’s province, territory or country of residence are $56.25 for a first commission and $38.50 for every renewal of the commission.
If the commission allows for administration of oaths elsewhere than the person’s place of residence, the fees payable are increased by $27.75.
3. The fees payable for a commission issued under section 215 of the Act to a person residing outside Québec to administer oaths in the person’s province, territory or country of residence are $55.75 for a first commission and $38.25 for every renewal of the commission.
If the commission allows for administration of oaths elsewhere than the person’s place of residence, the fees payable are increased by $27.50.

If the commission allows for administration of oaths elsewhere than the person’s place of residence, the fees payable are increased by $27.25.
3. The fees payable for a commission issued under section 215 of the Act to a person residing outside Québec to administer oaths in the person’s province, territory or country of residence are $54.75 for a first commission and $37.25 for every renewal of the commission.
If the commission allows for administration of oaths elsewhere than the person’s place of residence, the fees payable are increased by $27.

If the commission allows for administration of oaths elsewhere than the person’s place of residence, the fees payable are increased by $26.75.
3. The fees payable for a commission issued under section 215 of the Act to a person residing outside Québec to administer oaths in the person’s province, territory or country of residence are $53 for a first commission and $36 for every renewal of the commission.
